Please join me in welcoming Ginni Saraswati.
In this episode we discuss:
- her thoughts on leadership: “To me, there are two facets of leadership. One is understanding that you are the last of the line, everything falls to you, and that you have some accountability to the organization. The other part is knowing when you need to follow and trust. Leaders empower the people following them.”
- how she was called bossy as a kid but has refined her ego and leadership and shifted her mindset to understanding that she works for her team, instead of the other way around.
- the significant move from Sri Lanka to Melbourne, Australia and how that shaped her.
- the best friend she met in 9th grade and the influence her friend has had on her.
- how her radio journey started in the corporate landscape before she took on the entrepreneur world.
- her unique methods for networking which emphasizes care.
