Christian so generously shared his story with Jamie about his incarceration at age 19 and his journey of healing that ultimately resulted in his sentence being commuted and his release. Today, Christian works with Healing Dialogue and Action and with clients, as a leadership coach. This was a very powerful interview and we are grateful for Christian’s wisdom and candor. Christian teaches us about the power of empathy in conflict management and resolution and Jamie was thrilled to learn from him.
