Since opening its doors in 2020, The Hive has become one of Hoboken’s most popular destinations and its owners have been recognized for their work by Hudson County as Women of the Year 2022, PBS, New Jersey Monthly, and countless local press outlets and influencers.

Jamie talks to Kristin and Catharine about bringing their idea for the Hive to life, how they manage their successful partnership and the importance of staying true to the mission of the business when setting strategy.
