Today’s guest believes everything she needed to know to succeed in her multi-sector career she learned by growing up in a town of 600 people. She’s taken the lessons she learned and applied them to a career that has included Silicon Valley, a Fortune 100, non-profit, and higher education organizations.
After starting her career in California, she returned home to Ohio where she helps her clients and audiences make wherever they are feel like a small town. She is passionate about sharing small town stories and leadership lessons.
She is a Certified Professional Coach, avid writer, and award-winning public speaker.
