Please join me in welcoming Morra Aarons-Mele.

In this episode we discuss:

  • her thoughts on leadership: “I am most proud of my leadership because I feel my role as a leader is to create a framework and a structure and a culture that empowers people to do what they know how to do, and to know I am there if they need me.”
  • why she left the corporate world and why she has never regretted it.
  • her views on entrepreneurship that are different from many others, but have helped her create a successful business in a manner that is comfortable for her.
  • how she understands her weaknesses and what she does to compensate for them.
  • her unique networking hack of reaching out to ten people each week.
  • how she has learned to stop stewing and being anxious by doing something kind for someone else.
