OTS 025: Leadership is Powerless

Share the goodness!

Today’s guest believes that having an executive presence is not a talent one is born with, it is a skill one can learn. He is the CEO of a multi-million dollar franchise business, an adjunct professor teaching leadership skills to MBA students, an executive coach working with Fortune 500 companies, as well as a keynote speaker, corporate trainer, and consultant.

For over 20 years, he has combined his background in management and sales with strong speaking and training abilities, to motivate clients and audiences to take action that benefits them and their organizations. His consulting firm enables leaders to influence their organizations more powerfully and purposefully through leadership workshops and retreats.

He is the author of two books – “Golden Principles: Life and Leadership Lessons from a Rescued Dog” which was honored by Amazon.com with a “Top 100 Best Books of the Year” award in 2015 and most recently “Executive Presence: 49 Golden Rules for Executives, Managers, and Leaders to Maintain Authority Under Pressure, Communicate Confidence, and Own Any Room.”

He received his Doctorate in Ethics & Leadership from Phoenix Seminary and a Masters in Leadership from Western Seminary.
