Harry Cohen is a shrink, coach, husband, father, restaurateur, serial entrepreneur, speaker and author of "Be the Sun, Not the Salt." I was introduced to him when General Motor’s Chief Marketing Officer, Deborah Wahl came on the show. When she told me about the concept of Heliotropic Leadership, I was instantly fascinated and attracted to his idea like a moth to a flame or perhaps I should say, like a sunflower to the sun! I simply had to have him on the show!
