On episode #77 of the Rethink Marketing Podcast, Eric and Colin get a little academic and talk about rethinking marketing class for more holistic solutions to today’s business problems.  Sometimes we get stuck in our classes, that we think a sales problem must be solved with a sales answer, when the issues may actually be better solved with operations or human resources changes.  Instead of solving problems only with one lens, how do business leaders instead frame solutions in terms of companywide options, instead of simply thinking, “I’m a marketing leader, so I must solve this problem with marketing solutions”?  Have a listen, and stop keeping it classy!
