As interviewing job candidates switched from in-person to video during the pandemic, some candidates have been paying shills to stand in for them. Others have shelled out money to be fed answers to interviewers’ questions. Neville and Shel dive into one case of a job candidate who had someone else interview on his behalf and discuss ways to detect this unique and baffling new fraud.
