Over half the population suffer from this. 1 in 4 have a challenging time. 2 in 4 have symptoms of varying degrees. 1 in 4 are the sailors and are absolutely fine. That being said, internally hearts, bones, minds… everything is effected. There is no extensive training for Doctors. It’s misdiagnosed and it can lead to some very negative experiences from leaving great jobs to suicidal thoughts.
