We start our season off with a new/old idea that will be prevalent in 2025. The art of “selling ideas.” When it comes to marketing our ideas are only as good as the idea of it being sold through. But how often has your idea been held up, stopped, or postponed for a later day? Today we work on the art of crafting these ideas in a way that can sizzle.

Alongside Adam Weiler, Director of Design and Community Engagement at Flywheel, an all-inclusive neighborhood design firm specializing in development and policy support for housing at all price points.
