Chris Ross, a VP and Analyst at Gartner for CMOs, recently published on LinkedIn that their research found that 45% of consumers find personalization creepy, inspiring Ian and Robert to take a trip down memory lane and discuss the two-decade challenge that personalization has faced and if anything has really changed, even with the rise of AI.
