Human connection sounds simple. Everyone wants it, everyone needs it, and yet sometimes it feels harder than ever to make it happen. The panel talks about what it takes to build stronger relationships, how to navigate and diffuse difficult conversations, and how to be better at “peopling” through the holiday season and beyond.

• Katelyn: A balance between the science and the experience

• Janelle: Move discomfort into comfort; when you feel uncomfortable, sit with the feeling, so you can understand it
