He is the Chief Visionary Officer of Pneumos LLC, a management consulting and coaching firm with a global footprint. He’s on a mission to reshape how organizations approach equity, diversity, and inclusion.

With a career spanning over two decades, he is an expert in fostering cultures of belonging and innovation. He co-founded the metaPrinciple™ Institute, empowering practitioners worldwide to facilitate equity work. He’s also the co-creator of the groundbreaking Global Inclusion Praxis Model, driving transformative change within systems. He is a professor at IESEG in Paris and teaches storytelling and story listening. 

Whether it’s dialogue, LGBTQ+ inclusion, or addressing unconscious bias, he is at the forefront of driving change. He is the author of “The Souls of Queer Folk: How Understanding LGBTQ+ Culture Can Transform Your Leadership Practice.”
