Episode Highlights
What You Need To Know About Outsourcing-

There are three types of outsourcing, namely:

Onshore which is outsourcing that is done within the borders of a country
Nearshore which refers to outsourcing to a company in a neighboring country.
Offshore outsourcing which  occurs when you outsource to a country far away.

With outsourcing, companies have the opportunity to increase their efficiency, and to focus on core areas within their businesses.

Opportunities For Outsourcing-

Here are some opportunities to consider with outsourcing:

Increase in strategic focus – Outsourcing provides businesses with  the necessary flexibility to contemplate on what it is good at, i.e., its core competencies.
It provides access to high-end technologies and specialized expertise.
It also provides cost reduction and risk sharing.

How To Zone Into Your Passion-

Don’t try to bypass the process of figuring out what you’re really good at.
Sometimes it’s only after developing a certain skill will you be able to know if you like it.
